• Copyright Releases - I include a copyright release along with all the digital files in all my packages. The copyright release is only for personal use and I still retain the rights to my images. You may not sell the images.

• Cancelation Policy - If you must cancel I do allow one reschedule but I charge $20 per additional cancelation.

• Deposits - I only collect deposits for event photography coverage where a contract has been written, and mini sessions. All Deposits are non-refundable.
