Question: You don’t by chance have the photos from our wedding three years ago? We moved, and I can’t find the disc we stored them on, and I’m really stressing out. Answer: Every time this happens I feel like a superhero. You might be surprised but I still have it. I don’t guarantee that I will have your images forever but at this point I still have them. Being a photographer I take file storage very seriously. After every shoot I go to my office and back up files onto two different storage drives, then when I finish editing the photos I will back them up in the cloud.
If you lose your files and need me to send you a copy, I’d need a few things from you.
- In order to find your images, I will need the date of your photo shoot. If you do not have the exact dates send me the approximate date.
- I will also need to know the type of photo shoot and your name.
- I charge $100.00 for a replacement disc or thumb drives. You can pay me by check, credit card or cash.
- I will also need your mailing address.
