• Copy-write Releases - I include a copy-write releases with all my packages that includes digital negatives. The copy-write release is only for personal use and I still retain the rights to my images. You may not sell the images. 
• Cancelation Policy - I know more then most that things come up. If you have booked a regular portrait session (maternity, newborn, family, headshot..) I allow one reschedule. I only allow one reschedule because I had some reschedule 5x, which makes it very difficult to run a business. 
• Deposits - I personally hate the idea of deposits. I only collect deposits for events where a contract has been written and mini session. All Deposits are non-refundable.
